Texas Administrative Code Title 26. Part 1. Chapter 259. Subchapter H. RULE §259.357 states that Direct Service Agency (DSA) staff must have "training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and choking prevention that includes an in-person evaluation by a qualified instructor of the service provider's ability to perform these actions."
